Abstract

This research developed a business plan to allow an understanding of the process to set up a small business, involving the strategies of entrepreneurship and the legal aspects and implications of the market. The activity involved the market research and the development of mission, vision, values, management strategies, marketing plan, financial plan, corporate structure and product information. The research strategy started with a market evaluation to identify the business opportunity, through a survey. The answers of the survey were compiled and analyzed to demonstrate the feasibility or not, of the business. This analysis enabled to set up a microenterprise called "Brasil Café", a dream come true through an academic study.
