Resumo

O objetivo deste estudo é apresentar um framework composto pelo Planejamento Estratégico, Comportamento Estratégico dos gestores de MPEs piauienses e a Ambidestria Organizacional em configurações de arranjos produtivos locais. É um estudo de base exploratória, descritiva e propositiva. São apresentadas as definições relativas à estratégia, ao comportamento e à ambidestria. Foram analisados dirigentes ou profissionais da alta gestão das empresas cadastradas no Programa ALI (Agentes Locais de Inovação), desenvolvido pelo SEBRAE/PI. A proposição de um framework para analisar a Ambidestria Organizacional de MPEs pode ser considerada uma contribuição metodológica e teórica da pesquisa, objetivando a validação de paradigmas teóricos, no intuito de contribuir e ampliar estudos para as teorias existentes sobre Ambidestria Organizacional. Em uma perspectiva prática, a pesquisa contribui para o aperfeiçoamento das ações de agências governamentais de fomento dos pequenos negócios e das próprias MPEs no sentido de aperfeiçoar o processo de elaboração e execução do Planejamento Estratégico e, consequentemente, no incremento da Ambidestria Organizacional.
